In this third in a series of annual workshops bringing together the spiritual and psychological paths of evolution, Dileepji and Ellen will offer fresh spiritual and psychological perspectives on understanding and improving relationships in daily living. Relationships are a vehicle through which we can learn to identify and move beyond our expectations, release past karmas, and open our hearts to give and receive unconditional love, leading us to our true, higher selves. Through lectures, stories and practices, Dileepji and Ellen will focus on the opportunities for spiritual and personal growth that relationships in daily living uniquely provide.

Dileepji works side by side Shri Anandi Ma, Master Yoga and Meditation Teacher in the ancient lineage of Kundalini Maha Yoga, giving shaktipat initiation and teaching meditation and advanced yogic practices. 





Ellen is a licensed psychologist with 35 years of experience and is on the faculty of the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.  A student of Shri Anandi Ma’s since 1986, Ellen incorporates meditation and a spiritual perspective into her work.
