Certain events listed below are open only to students of Shri Anandi Ma who have received Shaktipat in this lineage from her or Shri Dhyanyogi. Other events are open to all. See prerequisites below.

NOVEMBER 12: PRANAYAMA WORKSHOP   Boulder, CO

The yogis tell us that there are only two things to master in life: prana—the vital force, and the mind—the vital tool. Through pranayama, the science of breath control, we can deeply enhance all aspects of body and mind. The many benefits of this practice include an increased a sense of inner peace and balance, increased energy, a slowing down of the aging process and overall better health.
